Litigation Officer (contract basis) (BPS-16)

Qualifications / Experience

LLB from a recognized University with the following working experience;

• Ten years of working experience of handling of Court Cases/Service matters in BPS-16 of Public sector Medical Institution/ corporate body.
• Expert in drafting/filing of appeals, Writ Petitions, Suit etc.
• Expert in drafting of agreements, MoUs & legal notices etc.
• Well conversant with the legal matters.
• Ability of counseling /liaison with legal Advisers.
• Ability to tender advises on service matters/legal matters of the Institution/University.   
• Proficient in writing skills & spoken English.
• Age limit 45- 55 years

• Eligible Candidates are required to submit their application along with two recent passport size photograph, complete CV attested copies of testimonials and experience certificates.
• Application must be accompanied with pay order/ demand draft (non-refundable) of Rs.1,000/- for the post drawn in favour of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University.
