Admission Schedule Session 2023-24

Important Instructions:

1. The entire process of submission of application is online; hence, there is no need to submit hard copy of application to the University.
2. It should be noted that any applicant who does not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission.
3. As per “PM&DC Medical and Dental Undergraduate Education (Admissions, Curriculum and Conduct) Policy and Regulations 2023” Admissions to medical and dental programs shall be conducted separately and each student shall be required to apply separately to a medical or dental program. Without application submission to respective program no student is eligible for admission.
4. Applicants applying for admissions shall give an order of preference for Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges. A college not included in the preference list of applicant shall not be considered for grant of admission.
5. The marks for Hifz-e-Quran shall not be granted for admission to Medical and Dental Colleges in the light of PM&DC Medical and Dental Undergraduate Education (Admissions, Curriculum and Conduct) Policy and Regulations 2023 and the decision of six membered Bench vide Order dated 04.04.2023 in Suo-Moto case.
6. Applicants applying on disabled quota seats must furnish disability certificate from a Federal/Provincial Government Disability Board describing the nature of disability and other relevant documents before Medical Examination Board of SZABMU. Certificate issued by public/private medical practitioner shall not be considered.
7. Incomplete/not submitted/deficient applications shall not be entertained.
8. Application once submitted shall be considered final.
9. Original scan documents to be uploaded in JPEG or JPG format only and file size should not exceed 512KB per document.
10. The applicant is solely responsible for uploading the correct documents in the appropriate manner. Failure to upload the correct documents will lead to the rejection of the applicant application without any notice for which the university shall not be responsible.
11. The selected applicant shall have to deposit their fee (after securing position in merit list) within due date, failing which the provisional admission will be deemed cancelled and the next applicant on the waiting merit list will be offered admission in order to facilitate timely completion of admission process.
12. Once applicant is offered admission according to his/her merit and quota, it will be final and will not be changed.
13. The University shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student are not verified at any stage of the process.
14. A student who is found to have forged their secondary school certificate, high school certificate / degree or presented a false document shall be barred from applying to any medical or dental college in Pakistan in the future and the admission of the applicant shall stand cancelled.
15. No separate call letters will be issued for interviews/placement etc. All such information will be available on the official website of SZABMU www.szabmu.edu.pk till the completion of admission process.
