- Sealed bids/quotation in conformity with bidding documents (single stage one envelop bidding procedure) should reach to the undersigned not later than 24.04.2017 at 10:30 am. Financial Proposal must contain bid Security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equivalent to 2% of Financial Proposal in favor of Dental Dept. Research & Development PIMS.
- Sealed proposals shall be opened on 24.04.2017 at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Bids which are incomplete, unsigned & unstamped on bid form, unsealed, without bid security or submitted late shall not be considered.
- Items quantity may increase or decrease at the time of supply/purchase/work order.
- University Management may reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid, as provided under Rule-33 of PPRA, 2004.
