Last date for submission of online application is Thursday, 17th October, 2019 till 04:00pm Hard copies of Application Form along with Original Bank Draft/Pay Order and other mandatory documents duly attested may please be sent through courier to the "Admission & Registration Department, Registrar Office, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, PIMS, Sector: G-8/3, Islamabad, Pakistan" not later than 4:00pm 21st October, 2019.No document/envelop will be received after 04:00pm 21st October, 2019.Application processing fee is Rs. 3000/- for (MBBS & BDS) Applicants will create a Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of "Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad" (NTN# 9010030-4). Fee is non-refundable/non-adjustable.There will be separate applications for MBBS and BDS which will be treated as separate categories.For MBBS - online application along with Rs. 3000/- bank draft and mandatory attested documentsFor BDS - online application along with Rs. 3000/- bank draft and mandatory attested documentsIf any information/certificate by the candidate found false or forged during his/her study period, his/her admission shall be cancelled.
