Admission Notice 2019-20 for Federal Medical & Dental College, Islamabad

Admissions portal for online application process shall be activated on Monday, 23th September 2019 and will be deactivated on Monday, 7th October, 2019 till 04:00pm
Last date for submission of online application is Monday, 7th October, 2019 till 04:00pm
Hard copies of Application Form along with Original Bank Draft/Pay Order and other mandatory documents duly attested may please be sent through courier to the "Admission & Registration Department, Registrar Office, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, PIMS, Sector: G-8/3, Islamabad, Pakistan" not later than 4:00pm 9th October, 2019.
No document/envelop will be received after 04:00pm 9th October, 2019.
Application processing fee is Rs. 1000/- Applicants will create a Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favor of "Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad" (NTN# 9010030-4). Fee is non-refundable/non-adjustable.
If any information/certificate by the candidate found false or forged during his/her study period, his/her admission shall be cancelled.
