Important Instructions for candidate:
- Candidate are advised to bring
- A printed copy of the admit card.
- ORIGINAL CNIC/NICOP/Passport (for 18 years age & above)
- ORIGINAL B-Form/ FRC issued by NADRA/ Juvenile Card (JV)(less than 18 years age)
- ORIGINAL SSC/Matriculation Transcript/Certificate with photograph (less than 18 years age)
- Candidate failing to produce the above listed documents will not be allowed to enter the Examination Center.
- Candidates are permitted to carry transparent water bottle inside the examination hall.
- Mobile phones, Smart watches, Calculator, Earphones, Bluetooth accessories, electronic gadgets, all communication devices, Metallic items, Jewellery, Face mask and Carrying of firearms or any other weapon are strictly prohibited within the premises of the Examination Center. If found any of prohibited stuff, candidate will be removed from the center immediately and paper will be cancelled.

- Use of unfair means and untoward behavior shall lead to immediate removal of the candidate from the center with cancellation of paper.
- Dress Code: Candidates shall wear appropriate formal attire, including a decent shalwar kameez or dress pants with a full or half sleeve shirt.
- Candidates will be subject to mandatory frisking before entry into the examination centre. Candidates are advised to report to the examination centre at the scheduled reporting time to ensure smooth security screening and timely entry.
- Candidates will use their own pick and drop services. Parents should avoid staying inside or near the examination center while the examination is in progress. Parking facility will not be available at the exam center.
- There shall be NO arrangements for collection of mobiles/valuables at the examination centers.

- You have been admitted provisionally to appear in the examination test. You are being called for the subject written examination/test without scrutiny of your application.
- This roll number slip does not mean that you have been found eligible for the subject program. Your eligibility will be determined during scrutiny of your documents at the time of admission and registration.
- Admission is subject to verification of the validity of original documents carried out by the Concerned College/Institute according to the admission eligibility criteria of respective program (i.e. DPT, BS, Generic BS Nursing and B.Sc. Post R.N) as notified by the SZABMU.
- If found any discrepancy the admission of the candidate shall stand cancelled.
