Programs	Basic Qualification/Eligibility
PhD (Molecular Biology)	MS/MD/FCPS/ MRCP/FRCS/M.Phil.(Life Sciences) or equivalent degree recognized by HEC First Division (in Annual System) OR minimum CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0 in Semester System) as per HEC rules The candidate must pass in University written test with 70% marks Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for interview
M.Phil. (Molecular Biology)	MBBS/BDS degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University (at least 16 years of education: 130 credit hours) Must possess one year house job from PMC recognized institution OR BS/D-Pharm/MLT/MSc in Life Sciences (at least 16 years: 130 credit hours) Second Division (in Annual System) OR minimum CGPA 2.5 (out of 4.0 in Semester System) as per HEC rules The candidate must pass in University written test with 50% marks Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for interview
M.Phil. (Physiology)	MBBS/BDS or equivalent from HEC recognized University (at least 16 years of education: 130 credit hours) Must possess one year house job from PMC recognized institution Second Division (in Annual System) OR minimum CGPA 2.5 (out of 4.0 in Semester System) as per HEC rules. The candidate must pass in University written test with 50% marks Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for interview
M.Phil. (Pharmacology)	MBBS/BDS/D-Pharm or equivalent from HEC recognized University (at least 16 years of education: 130 credit hours) Must possess one year house job from PMC recognized institution Second Division (in Annual System) OR minimum CGPA 2.5 (out of 4.0 in Semester System) as per HEC rules. The candidate must pass in University written test with 50% marks Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for interview
MSPH (Master in Public Health)	The candidates with 16 years relevant qualification such as BSPH/MBBS/MD/BDS/ BS Nursing 4 years program/DVM/ DPT/ Pharm-D/BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics/MSc (Epidemiology) & BS/equivalent qualification in any Allied Health related disciplines (at least 16 years: 130 credit hours) One year full time work experience in Public/Private Healthcare setting in community relevant field will be preferred. Second Division (in Annual System) OR minimum CGPA 2.5 (out of 4.0 in Semester System) as per HEC rules. • Application processing fee is Rs. 2000/- for each program shall be submitted through pay order/demand draft in favor of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad.
• In case of incorrect information, the University has the right to cancel the application for admission without any fee refund.
• Applicants will be required to attach (in hard copy) following Mandatory Attested Documents with duly filled and signed application form.
• 1. Applicant’s valid CNIC.
  2. Three recent passport size photographs.
  3. Domicile Certificate.
  4. Matric/FSc certificate or equivalent.
  5. BS/MS transcript and degree (HEC attested required at the time of admission)
  6. MBBS all Professional Attempts Certificates.
  7. MBBS all Professional Transcripts.
  8. MBBS Degree (HEC attested required at the time of admission)
  9. PMC valid permanent registration certificate.
  10. House job certificates.
  11. Experience Certificates (if any)
  12. In case of foreign candidate, valid registration with Medical Council of their country of origin must be produced.
  13. Paid Fee Challan.
  

SZABMU Written/Entry Test:

• SZABMU will take its own subject written test.
• Syllabus for SZABMU entry test will be uploaded on SZABMU website. www.szabmu.edu.pk

General Information:

• Selection of candidate will be strictly on open merit basis.
• Candidates who are Government Servants/serving in Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel. Advance applications will only be considered in case their applications through proper channel are received before interview. NOC will be required to join the course if selected in the case of such candidate.
• All courses are full time.
• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
• Decision of Selection Committee will be final.
• Last date for submissions of application forms is 04:00PM, Tuesday 21, September 2021.
• Applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
