Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University invites applications for the posts of AI engineer (1), Front end engineer (1), Tagging analyst (1), Research Associate (1) and Lab technician (1) under Higher Education Commission funded Research Project titled: “Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Vascular Disease Management”.

AI Engineer

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation of machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Hands on experience to handle mult-omic data and medical image processing.
  • Excellent programing skills in Python.
  • Must be BS/MS in computer science/Bioinformatics or relevant degree.
  • Good concepts of OOP and design patterns.

Front end engineer

  • 5+ years of experience in development of enterprise applications.
  • Must have hands on experience in development of DICOM viewers and PACS configurations.
  • Must be BS/MS in computer science or relevant degree.
  • Familiar with Python Django framework.
  • Good concepts of OOP and design patterns
  • Working knowledge of React, HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript.

Research Associate

  • Must be BS/MS in computer science or relevant degree.
  • Must have experience in Research, research articles writing and publications.
  • Good in technical documentation.
  • Must be familiar with medical imaging and AI.

Tagging Analyst

  • Must be having specialization in diagnostic radiology.
  • Must be familiar with identification of pattern of abnormality in imaging.
  • Must be having experience in radiological image annotation with proficiency in using Microsoft word/excel and internet.

Lab Technician  

  • Must be having diploma in radiologic/imaging technology
  • Must be having experience in radiological image acquisition with proficiency in using Microsoft word/excel and internet.

 

The above positions relate to a project of 1 year duration and therefore, upon culmination of the project, the incumbent shall have no rights for the extension of employment at SZABMU.
