    2- FCPS Level III (Neonatology)   2 Year Duration

Eligibility

• Candidates must possess MBBS or Equivalent Degree Registered by PM&DC
• Must Possess  one year house job from PM&DC recognized institute
• Permanent valid registration with PM&DC
• For MD Neonatology declared successful in MD Part I Examination 2016
• For FCPS Neonatology must have pass FCPS Level II in Paediatric Medicine
• In case of foreign candidates, valid registration with Medical Council of their country of origin must be produced.
• Eligible candidates are required to submit the following documents along with application form, available on University Website.

Requirements

The following attested documents must copies be attached.

• Original Pay Order/ Bank Challan (Rs. 2000/)
• Enclosed an NOC from current employer (No Objection Certificate)
• Enclosed Experience certificate from employer.
• Enclosed attested copies of:
• Matriculation / O Level
• Intermediate / A Level
• MBBS/BDS Degree
• DMCs of all MBBS/BDS professional examinations.
• Attempt Certificate of MBBS/BDS
• House Job Certificate (One Year)
• Valid PM&DC Registration
• MS/ MD/ MDS/ FCPS (Part-I) Pass certificate where applicable
• FCPS (Paediatric Medicine) Passing Diploma
• CNIC.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Three passport size photographs.
• Copy of Publication (If any)

Interested Candidate can apply on prescribed admission form along-with processing fee Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) as pay order in favour of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, PIMS, Islamabad on or before 13 January 2017  Application received after due date will not be entertained.
