Experience |
- 12 Years' experience as Civil Engineer in development projects (civil works) including 05 years' managerial experience.
- Good representation, coordination, liaison and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrative ability to lead a team.
- Sound knowledge of project fundamentals, rules & procedures particularly in public sector development project planning and management.
- Knowledge of project financing and procurement (PPRA Rules).
- Monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
- Knowledge of IT tools to communicate with stakeholders.

Duration of Contract |
- Initial contract will be for two years.
- The contract will be extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance till completion of the project.

Salary |
- PPS-09
- (Rs 306,250/- per month all inclusive)
- Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs |
- Team Leader of the project; responsible for overall implementation of the project as per rules & regulations of Government of Pakistan.
- He/ She would be responsible for supervision of project activities including troubleshooting and best efforts to resolve day to-day implementation problems.
- Exercise a strong check on time and cost overrun by developing a correlation between inputs, processes, and outputs of the project.
- Ensure that proper procedures for reviewing and responding to progress reports are established and followed.
- Prepare and submit reports in the prescribed manner and format; including recommended actions for decision-making.
- Develop and use indicators to focus on results as well as implementation progress.
- Establish and maintain custody of all project documents along with preparation of project status and completion reports (PC III-IV).
- Implementation of the project as per approved capital cost, scope of work and timelines.
- Good inter-personal skills in understanding and verbal communication in English, Urdu along with presentation.
- Monthly/quarterly review meetings based on the “annual work plan” to take “appropriate decisions to accelerate implementation of project activities.
- Any other assignment directed by the Vice Chancellor.
