Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) Islamabad invites Tender for the Booking of Air Conditioned Halls in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi for Candidates. Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed offers stating the followings:

Hall Requirements:

• One Chair and Table (Size 2.5ft by 2ft) for each exam candidate.
• Lunch for Participants and Examiners at 1200 hrs: standing Buffet.
• Tea for Invigilators Only: two times at 1015 hrs and at 1430 hrs with cookies/cake.
• P.A System & Wall Clocks.
• Water for candidates in Hall.
• Name of business, registered office, NTN and GST.
• Price in PKR.
• The University reserves the right to accept / reject all or any tender.
• The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity of any tender item.

Tender can be submitted by 02.08.2017 till 10:00 am in the office of the undersigned in SZABMU PIMS G 8/3, and will be opened on same day at 12.00 pm.
