Terms & Conditions

1. Agencies should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax.
2. Prices offered by travel agencies should be valid till 30.06.2018.
3. The agencies must provide their complete profile and address.
4. In case of any discrepancy the contract will be cancelled
5. The agencies will provide complete item rate list in PK Rupees.
6. The agencies should not be black listed in any organization.
7. Bids should reach in Purchase Office till 10.07.2017 at 10.30 am and opened at 12.00 pm same day.
8. The registration will be for (01) One Year and extendable on standard terms & conditions on satisfactory performance.
