Subject:         Verification of Post Graduate Residents Credentials for Prime Minister Laptop Scheme (Phase-II) distribution plan.     

It is to circulate for information of all selected Post Graduate Residents (MD/MS/MDS/M.Phil/PhD) by HEC for Prime Minister Laptop scheme Phase-II (list available at university website) that the verification of their credentials are required prior to deliver the laptops. It is therefore requested to kindly provide the following documents, at earliest on or before August 3, 2016:

1. Two (02) copies of CNIC
2. Original Registration Card
3. Affidavit on stamp paper of worth of Rs. 50 (Download Specimen)

2.                     In case of non-submission of above documents on the date mentioned above, distribution of laptops will be withheld.
