Registration of Post Graduate Residents
Three (3) attested copies of following documents must be attached along-with form:
1. Three Passport size photograph
2. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
3. Domicile certificate
4. Migration Certificate from Last attendant Institute.
5. Matric, F.Sc, certificates or equivalent
6. MBBS/BDS degree with detail marks certificates of all professional examinations.
7. House Job certificates
8. PMDC valid permanent registration certificate.
9. Experience Certificates (if any).
Last date for submission of application forms is 28-02-2017 till 02:00 PM
Registration Fee 16000/- deposit in NBP PIMS Branch.
Registration form Fee Rs 500/- deposit in NBP PIMS Branch.
